Review candidate resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications, flight experience, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness.
Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical proficiency, behavioral competencies, and alignment with company values and safety culture.
Provide aviation leadership (RAM/RAD/CP/DO) with summaries of candidate qualifications and compensation recommendations.
Prepare and deliver detailed candidate assessments using standardized evaluation criteria to ensure consistency and fairness.
Recommend compensation packages, including base pay and stipend requests, based on market competitiveness and internal equity.
Partner with Field Operations on scheduling customer interviews and coordinating base visits to ensure positive candidate experience.
Coordinate with Area Managers and Onboarding Specialists to ensure new hires are prepared for orientation, training, and their new role.
Communicate with training department personnel to manage training slots and align onboarding timelines.
Attend industry recruiting events, career fairs, university outreach, and conferences to represent the organization and build talent pipelines.
Support additional recruitment and integration initiatives, including process improvement projects, data analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and eight to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in aviation and air medical transports.
Minimum of 2,500 flight hours.
Two (2) years of experience in a Part 135 operation.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
