Call Center Representative

• Handle incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services My Safe Florida Home Program.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional phone presence in a high-volume call environment.
• Work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
• Use computer systems and software applications to manage calls and information.
• Maintain required equipment (wired headset, keyboard, mouse) and a dedicated home office.
• Report to Contact Center Management.
• Complete and pass a Level 2 background check.
