About the role
- Handle incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services My Safe Florida Home Program.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional phone presence in a high-volume call environment.
- Work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Use computer systems and software applications to manage calls and information.
- Maintain required equipment (wired headset, keyboard, mouse) and a dedicated home office.
- Report to Contact Center Management.
- Complete and pass a Level 2 background check.
Requirements
- Reliable wired internet connection with minimum 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
- High-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse required.
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Comfortable using computers and navigating software applications.
- Quiet, distraction-free home office workspace.
- Able to pass a Level 2 background check.
- Residency preference: currently prefer candidates from Florida and Texas (candidates outside these states are asked not to apply).
