💰 $19 - $21 per hour
About the role
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies, coverages, or policy benefits, and make changes to existing policies
- Work to retain Jerry policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
- Support existing customers making changes to their current insurance policies with Jerry's 55+ insurance carrier partners
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passionate about helping others
- Must be located in one of these states: Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Tennessee, New York, or Texas
- Availability for weekday evening schedule (Monday to Friday, evening shift as listed)

- Hourly wage: $19.00 - 21.00
- We will pay for your P&C license (expected within 60 days after starting)
