About the role

  • Responsible for driving the processes, oversight, systems thinking, training and management of the Partner Services and Delivery team through a deep understanding of the payments business, products and regulatory standards and guidelines. Represents the Partner Services and Delivery teams needs across Internal teams. Applies knowledge of how Pathward leverages its systems, processes and tools to improve efficiency and optimize decision making for services and delivery within a compliance framework.
  • Influences forward-thinking business process strategy and partner experience.
  • Serves as the key liaison for Partner Services and Delivery across teams responsible for synthesizing business requirements.
  • Accountable for driving process efficiency and customer experience improvement through an understanding of the internal and external user processes and systems workflows and the value they bring within a compliance framework.
  • Ensures trust of internal stakeholders by being an effective collaborator, supporter, influencer and lead.
  • Acts as a liaison for Partner Solutions, BCA and Compliance coordinating required changes to comply with upcoming industry and regulatory change across services and delivery functions.
  • Maintains strong business relationships through development of change management strategies to address internal and external stakeholder needs and buy-in.
  • Effectively communicates plans and deliverables across the Partner Solutions team including facilitation of training for business users and internal stakeholders.
  • Understands industry and Bank trends and application to the Payments business.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent.
  • Payments and/or banking industry expertise with knowledge of Pathward’s systems, tools, products and partners.
  • Systems thinker experienced with balancing processes and tools to improve team efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Business acumen and critical thinking capabilities with ability to collect, assess and synthesize data and information to generate conclusions and identify solutions and scenarios.
  • Excellent organization and time management capabilities.
  • Experience in leading initiatives and influencing others internally and externally at all organizational levels; Ability to deliver key insights and information and foster relationships with critical stakeholders to drive to decisions.
