About the role

  • Partner with an Elite customer base to assist with pricing, quote generation, parts identification, shipping, tracking, and returns
  • Manage customer orders processed through various different channels
  • Answer various inbound calls daily from an assigned account base of customers while delivering top notch customer service
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the entire ordering process, handling inquiries relating to pricing, quote generation, part identification, availability, shipping, and returns
  • Be part of an Elite group, upholding Parts Town’s high quality standards and exceeding customer expectations
  • Maintain stellar communication and strong attention to detail

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer centric role (over the phone or face-to-face)
  • Identified as the “go-to” team member with a proven track record of providing a superior customer experience
  • Ability to empathize and provide account management style customer service through building stellar relationships
  • Hungry for knowledge and desire to grow within a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Quality, high speed internet connection at home
  • All-star communicator and proficient in English (both written and verbal); bilingual is a plus
  • Ability to work a schedule of M-F 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (EST) with flexibility; first 3 weeks training M-F 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (EST)
