About the role
- Responsible for Top 1000 US Public K12 School District business development & sales functions within an assigned account base & territory
- Manage and develop Named K12 Education Accounts within Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey
- Manage ASUS Education product portfolio including Chromebooks, Windows Notebooks & Desktops, Accessories
- Develop go-to-market strategies with ASUS Sales & Product Management Teams
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and execute a business plan to drive unit/revenue growth
- Maintain multiple contacts within customer base and provide routine communication about ASUS products, programs, offers, and promotions
- Travel to customer locations for face-to-face trainings and meetings; weekly onsite engagement
- Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Face-to-Face Training, Client Engagement, Internal Reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of prior Outside Sales experience in IT Hardware, Software, or Services
- High understanding of Public Sector sales and customer acquisition process
- Strong Presentation and Communication skills
- Ability to articulate the ASUS value proposition
- Ability to influence at all levels both with customers, and internally at ASUS
- Expert knowledge of industry trends, competition, customer buying patterns and marketing techniques
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships across organizations
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-direct and work remotely
- Highly proficient with MS Office suite
