About the role

  • Responsible for Top 1000 US Public K12 School District business development & sales functions within an assigned account base & territory
  • Manage and develop Named K12 Education Accounts within Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey
  • Manage ASUS Education product portfolio including Chromebooks, Windows Notebooks & Desktops, Accessories
  • Develop go-to-market strategies with ASUS Sales & Product Management Teams
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and execute a business plan to drive unit/revenue growth
  • Maintain multiple contacts within customer base and provide routine communication about ASUS products, programs, offers, and promotions
  • Travel to customer locations for face-to-face trainings and meetings; weekly onsite engagement
  • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Face-to-Face Training, Client Engagement, Internal Reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of prior Outside Sales experience in IT Hardware, Software, or Services
  • High understanding of Public Sector sales and customer acquisition process
  • Strong Presentation and Communication skills
  • Ability to articulate the ASUS value proposition
  • Ability to influence at all levels both with customers, and internally at ASUS
  • Expert knowledge of industry trends, competition, customer buying patterns and marketing techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships across organizations
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to self-direct and work remotely
  • Highly proficient with MS Office suite
