About the role
- Promote FHIA Remodeling's products and services to both prospective and existing clients in in-store retail marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows
- Deliver engaging face-to-face sales presentations focusing on product quality, installation, and customer care
- Engage with customers in retail environments (e.g., Costco or Home Depot) to introduce and sell services
- Use the role as a stepping stone to a career in management or sales
- Work scheduled shifts including weekends and specified weekday hours (10am–6pm or 11am–7pm)
Requirements
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and ambitious outlook to succeed in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken; thrives in human interaction
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish - a plus
- Availability: Sat and/or Sun, and weekdays 10am to 6pm or 11am to 7pm
- Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail setting and standing for long periods
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
