• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory and accounts, focusing on enterprise-level customers and partners.

Senior Software Sales Representative

Accountant

• We are currently looking for an experienced Tax Accountant to join our team and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax accounting and compliance. This role will involve managing tax compliance and filings, coordinating with the external tax advisors, and reporting, ensuring adherence to all applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Tax Compliance and Reporting:
• Prepare and review all sales and use tax returns.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax documents.
• Manage tax provisions and related disclosures in financial statements.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual tax estimates.
• Audit and Review:
• Coordinate and manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
• Prepare responses to tax notices and liaise with external tax advisors and auditors.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.
• Research, Analysis & Systems:
• Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact us.

Tax Accountant

Auditor

• Ensure customer compliance with contractual obligations to Cincom Systems by conducting software licensing audits.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of customer systems, evaluate licensing models, and identify discrepancies in software usage and claims.
• Investigate customer usage using publicly available data (financial reports, press reports, LinkedIn, workforce data, conference talks) to determine audit candidates and support sales negotiations.
• Analyze technical infrastructure and application architectures (VMWare, AWS, Citrix, client-server) to assess licensing compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Engineering and IT to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer licensing.
• Provide clear, actionable reports outlining audit findings, recommendations, and corrective licensing actions; explain findings to senior management and customers as needed.
• Keep up to date with technical developments, industry trends, and licensing models; assist in developing audit processes and documentation.

Technical Auditor and Investigator, Software Licensing

• We are currently looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.
• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Record journal entries to close books on monthly basis.
• Reconcile assigned accounts on a monthly basis.
• Record invoices, obtain approval and generate payments.
• Handle w-9 and 1099 tracking and VAT where applicable.
• Organize and maintain vendor records.
• Coordinate with auditors for interim and annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
