Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory and accounts, focusing on enterprise-level customers and partners.
Understand market and territory to identify customer/prospect needs, pain points, and industry trends; use this knowledge to find prospects.
Identify potential partners to incorporate Cincom products into their offerings; nurture, maintain and grow partner relationships over years.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in prospects, customers and partners, including C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement managers.
Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of Cincom’s software solutions.
Drive continued revenue growth within assigned territory.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to provide valuable insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in full-cycle software sales in Customer Communications Management software and solutions.
Experience in selling services as an integral part of solution offerings.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and position appropriate solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
