About the role
- Implement Cincom’s CPQ solution for customers in manufacturing or services industries and act as lead on implementations.
- Provide Business Consulting to advise customers, partners and Cincom employees on best use of Cincom products to achieve business benefits.
- Present Cincom's standard Product Education and adapt material when appropriate.
- Use Business Process Mapping techniques and tools to provide input and guidance and advise on best practices.
- Lead solution design sessions on narrative flow and produce storyboards to identify functional gaps.
- Define and specify manageable scope of work, develop delivery roadmaps, and establish sustainable delivery models.
- Gather, review and document requirements for product enhancements or extensions arising from Solution Design.
- Provide consulting on application integration and assist with customer data mapping for loads, migration and integration.
- Contribute to proposals, statements of work and services estimates for pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Keep skills and knowledge current with tools, techniques, trends and industry standards; identify training needs.
- Monitor issues, risks and changes that could impact projects and escalate as necessary.
- Present recommended solutions verbally and in written form.
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing or services industries to work with customers to successfully implement Cincom’s CPQ solution.
- Previous experience in a customer / client-facing role in the Manufacturing space.
- Knowledge of applications or any programming language is an asset.
- A high standard of written and spoken English is essential, a second language would be an advantage.
- Whilst this role does not require previous experience of modelling, the candidate must demonstrate competencies such as highly logical and structured thinking, advanced Excel skills, Engineering/Physics/Maths background (probably degree level), and programming background.
