Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions leveraging Communications Cloud, Field Service Lightning, CPQ, Enterprise Product Catalog, and Salesforce core functionality.
Build and optimize B2C and B2B solutions, including customizations via Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Visualforce pages.
Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and ETL tools; focus on data flows between partner Salesforce instances.
Performance optimization for scalability and maintainability.
Stakeholder collaboration to gather requirements and translate into specs.
Best practices in security and deployment.
Testing and Quality Assurance; unit testing and system testing oversight.
Innovation: stay current on Salesforce releases; implement enhancements.
Mentorship: provide technical guidance.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
3–5 years of specialized experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, Field Service Lightning, CPQ, and the Enterprise Product Catalog.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Communications Cloud Specialist, Field Service Lightning Consultant, and CPQ Specialist are strongly preferred.
Experience in the fiber or telecommunications industry is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience translating technical details into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
