• Leads the planning and execution of Outside Plant (OSP) construction projects: tracking milestones, aligning timelines, and partnering with internal and external teams to deliver results.
• Works closely with Lumos leaders and field crews, keeping projects on schedule and on budget while identifying ways to improve efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction.
• Builds and maintains strong partnerships with Business Units and cross-functional Lumos teams to support operational and strategic goals.

• People Business Partner: Own the HRBP relationship for your business groups — performance management, employee relations, talent development, org design, and team health. Coach managers proactively. This is ownership, not support.
• Performance & Talent Programs: Own and evolve performance cycles, Pulse surveys, talent assessments and more. Surface trends and insights to leadership with recommendations tied to business outcomes. Bring your POV — don't just run the existing playbook.
• Employee Relations: Independently manage employee relations cases, sensitive situations, and conflict resolution. Know when to escalate and when to own it. Document thoroughly, maintain confidentiality.
• Facilitation & Internal L&D: Facilitate manager enablement workshops, internal learning sessions, and program rollouts. Own the internal comms experience for all people topics. Show up prepared, read the room.
• AI & Automation: Identify and implement automation across the People function — workflows, documentation, reporting, and reactive work. Build systems that create capacity for strategic work.

• Own messaging & positioning for Autonomous Identity, across products, solutions, and personas, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation that captures our innovation and is rooted directly in the experience and needs of our customers.
• Lead competitive intelligence to succinctly and specifically articulate ‘why Lumos’, while developing the systems and artifacts, including battlecards, win/loss insights, and market POVs, that turn intelligence into impact.
• Build and execute processes for product launches, alliance partnerships, new integrations, and more, with the goal of delivering consistency and excellence at scale.

Senior Director, Product Marketing

Operations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all fleet vehicles, including registration, licensing, maintenance, inspections, and asset tracking.
• Coordinate routine and preventative maintenance scheduling to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Assist with vehicle procurement activities including coordinating purchases, leases, and vehicle onboarding/offboarding.
• Support compliance with USDOT regulations and other fleet-related regulatory requirements.

• Own execution of priority field marketing programs, including a portfolio of sponsored conferences, owned events (executive dinners, roundtables, workshops), and partner moments.
• Run tentpole conference programs end-to-end (e.g., RSA, Identiverse, Gartner IAM, etc.), including timelines, vendor coordination, booth and experience planning, staffing plans, and on-site execution.
• Operationalize and iterate the event playbook (pre, during, post), including planning templates, checklists, run-of-show, and post-mortems.
• Drive post-event conversion, coordinating lead routing, follow-up sequences, meeting scheduling, and next steps with Demand Gen, SDRs, and Sales.
