• Own Parker's content strategy end to end — blog, newsletter, social, and video — building the system that turns our product advantages into a brand people actively seek out
• Build the editorial operation from scratch — the calendar, workflows, standards, and tooling that lets great content ship consistently
• Develop and execute a video content strategy across YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn — from concept through production
• Own content distribution — ensuring every piece of content reaches the right audience through the right channels, including seeding and building presence in existing communities on Reddit, Slack, Discord, and Facebook where founders and operators already congregate
• Build and launch Parker-owned community spaces — a subreddit, Slack group, or equivalent — that give our customers and prospects a home to connect, share, and engage with the brand
• Source and produce customer stories, case studies, and spotlights that show real outcomes — cash saved, inventory financed, brands scaled — and turn them into proof points that move deals forward
• Own PR from scratch — secure media placements, podcast appearances, speaking opportunities, and press coverage that build Parker's credibility with our target audience
• Build relationships with journalists, podcast hosts, and industry voices covering eCommerce, DTC, and fintech
• Track content performance, PR impact, and community growth against metrics that tie directly to brand awareness, inbound interest, and pipeline contribution

• Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
• Execute high-volume outreach via: Cold/warm email campaigns, SMS follow-ups and cold calling, LinkedIn and social media engagement
• Research, identify, and prioritize high-fit leads in ecommerce and DTC
• Use automation tools to streamline your workflow and maximize productivity
• Lead Qualification & Handoff
• Run initial discovery conversations to assess prospect fit
• Book and confirm high-quality meetings for the AE team
• Provide Account Executives with context and notes for seamless handoffs
• CRM & Performance Management
• Maintain clean, accurate records in the CRM (Hubspot)
• Track daily outreach volume, response rates, and meetings booked
• Submit weekly reports and share insights to help refine strategy
• Sales Collaboration & Growth:
• Work closely with AEs and Sales Leadership to align on goals and tactics
• Participate in role-play sessions, trainings, and feedback loops
• Continuously test and refine your messaging to improve conversion

• Lead discovery calls to understand prospects’ pain points and position Parker’s value
• Guide customers through the application and onboarding process with clarity and care
• Foster long-term client relationships, helping them scale spend and usage with Parker
• Provide ongoing account support to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring pipeline hygiene and transparency
• Log key touchpoints, schedule timely follow-ups, and submit end-of-day sales recaps
• Track metrics and continuously improve via call reviews and coaching with Sales Leadership
• Proactively generate new leads via:
• Referral networks

• Strategic cold and warm email outreach
• Partnerships and internal lead gen tools
• Work alongside SDRs to keep a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
