About the role

  • Handle the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles for US clients
  • Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit through screening and interviews
  • Negotiate pay rates and close candidates effectively
  • Manage relationships with candidates and clients for repeat success
  • Maintain compliance with US labor laws and client policies
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business Administration, or related field)
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in US staffing
  • Strong knowledge of US tax terms and work authorization types
  • Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience sourcing candidates via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned to US time zones
