About the role
- Handle the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles for US clients
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit through screening and interviews
- Negotiate pay rates and close candidates effectively
- Manage relationships with candidates and clients for repeat success
- Maintain compliance with US labor laws and client policies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business Administration, or related field)
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in US staffing
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms and work authorization types
- Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience sourcing candidates via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work night shifts aligned to US time zones
