Act as primary contact for clients; Respond to inquiries via email, phone, in-person; Build long-term client relationships; Organize site visits; Present hotel facilities; Prepare offers; Manage deposits and contracts; Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, technical teams; Monitor timelines and deadlines; Maintain accurate records; Address questions/challenges during planning; Work closely with Front Office, F&B, Sales, Operations; Support colleagues during high-demand periods
Requirements
Good common proficiency in Dutch, English, and French; Strong client-friendly communication in writing, phone, face-to-face; Excellent administrative and organizational skills; Pro-active team player; Availability full-time from October 2025
