About the role

  • Monitor multiple inboxes daily to identify new leads and client responses
  • Filter and categorize incoming messages and add qualified leads to CRMs
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines in tools like Salesmate and schedule next actions
  • Conduct research to verify lead information
  • Execute cold calling, follow-up calls, and email outreach as part of sequences
  • Respond to warm leads from campaigns and leave voicemails
  • Prepare for discovery or proposal calls and handle early-stage client communications
  • Participate in proposal discussions and provide early insights
  • Respond to internal requests and complete ad hoc client-specific tasks
  • Log time worked and tasks completed in systems like Clockify

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or account coordination role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism in client-facing scenarios
  • Comfort with cold calling and navigating gatekeepers
  • Experience with CRMs (Salesmate preferred) and email tools (e.g., Instantly)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter who can follow structured processes and adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable with basic research and spreadsheet tasks
  • Availability during North American business hours for follow-ups and client calls
