About the role

  • Support internal and partner stakeholders with technical architecture, offer design, solution innovations, and knowledge management for Cortex Cloud
  • Design, build, and implement cloud security services and partner offerings
  • Develop service descriptions, use cases, technology mappings, delivery flows, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides
  • Provide technical enablement, pre-sales support, partner training, and ongoing advisory
  • Create and influence technical documentation and maintain labs, demos, and training environments
  • Optimize partner offerings and champion internal enhancements based on partner feedback
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and architect solutions to strengthen partner security posture

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working with systems integrators and/or enterprise customers in a technical capacity
  • Experience selling, demonstrating, installing and/or troubleshooting cloud security products
  • Experience with Cloud Security technologies, including Runtime Security and CNAPP
  • Experience with log management and SIEM is a plus
  • Proven experience developing, managing, and/or supporting technical offers with SP, MSSP, and/or GSI partners
  • Technical documentation experience preferred
  • Experience & good understanding of API’s, orchestration tools, scripting, etc.
  • Good understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Proficiency with G-Suite preferred
  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher and/or relevant industry certifications preferred
  • Travel of at least 25% within the designated region
