Full-stack Engineer

• You will own services end-to-end, and work across the full stack, from inference engines, GPU scheduling to deployment pipelines, observability, and integration with Palantir's platform.

Software Engineer – Hosted Model Infrastructure

• Building high-performance model serving infrastructure that integrates with security models, hardware constraints, and different inference engines
• Designing intelligent request handling including authentication, rate limiting, concurrency control, and audit logging for multi-tenant model access
• Building and maintaining packaging and deployment pipelines enabling fast, secure, and reliable model rollouts across on-premises and air-gapped environments
• Developing observability for production AI systems to enable easy service monitoring and fast incident triage and resolution
• Debugging complex issues and performance problems throughout the stack, including open source inference engines, container runtimes, and GPU drivers, in environments you cannot always access directly
• Designing and running testing and benchmarking infrastructure that validates model deployments across varying GPU hardware before they reach production
• Working with product teams and customers to understand requirements, debug production issues, and deliver the models and capabilities they need
• Integrating hosted model infrastructure with Palantir's deployment, configuration, and identity systems

• You will own services end-to-end, and work across the full stack, from inference engines, GPU scheduling to deployment pipelines, observability, and integration with Palantir's platform.

Security Engineer

• Own the day-to-day identity security posture across corporate, production, customer, and US Government identity planes
• Drive the rollout of agent identity infrastructure - short-lived credentials, lifecycle bound to a human principal, controlled workload onboarding
• Architect authentication, federation, and authorization systems - including SAML, OIDC, and policy-driven access control models (RBAC, ABAC, policy-as-code) - across workforce and workload identity
• Scale non-human identity patterns across service, workload, and agent populations - short-lived credentials, mTLS, identity-based networking
• Drive adoption of just-in-time access patterns across the identity program, partnering with platform and engineering teams on governance rollout and policy enforcement
• Lead identity threat modeling on a regular cadence; publish findings and track remediation
• Serve as a primary security reviewer on identity architecture decisions and cross-team RFCs
• Research and drive adoption of emerging identity security primitives and standards in partnership with Security Engineers across InfoSec
• Partner with engineering teams across Palantir to reduce the attack surface of identity integrations at scale

Senior Identity Security Engineer

• Track and review tax payments, shadow payroll, and tax equalization across multiple countries
• Initiate expat-related tax and payroll payment requests; review payroll outputs for accurate and compliant reporting.
• Verify mobility and tax cost reporting for accruals and cross charges
• Maintain relationships with external tax service providers to ensure our employees receive best-in-class support and advice
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels of the business to drive projects and initiatives related to mobility processes and internal systems
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into mobility tax workflows — from data gathering and reconciliation to vendor communication and compliance tracking
• Partner with Palantir's internal AI and data teams to help build and refine tools that improve the speed, accuracy, and scalability of global mobility operations

Mobility Tax Analyst

• Track and review tax payments, shadow payroll, and tax equalisation across multiple countries

Accounting Manager

• Responsible for the review and assessment of technical accounting topics impacting the company, such as non-standard transactions (equity, revenue, debt, VIE analysis, investments, etc.), and the evaluation and implementation of new accounting standards.
• Own end-to-end stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718, including journal entries, documenting accounting treatment, and financial statement disclosures
• Support ad hoc projects, analysis, and management initiatives
• Assist in the preparation and review of the quarterly and annual financial statement, including drafting disclosures.

Technical Accounting Manager

Recruitment

• Source passive candidates through direct outreach, referral networks, research, and sourcing tools. Continuously reassess what's working. The talent we need does not sit in obvious places, and the methods that worked last quarter may not work today.
• Review inbound applicants and referrals, screening candidates with a genuine eye for fit, not just credentials.
• Own the candidate experience from first outreach through to pre-offer stage. You're their main point of contact, and how you manage that relationship matters.
• Maintain meticulous candidate records within our ATS.
• Share pipeline data and market insights with the broader Talent team proactively — not just when asked. Sourcing in a silo is sourcing that fails.

Talent Sourcer

• Provide administrative support to leadership within our Security function.
• Handle sophisticated calendars in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize commitments to enhance time and productivity.
• Book travel arrangements (domestic and international).
• Track and process expense reports.
• Plan, support, and complete office events, executive briefings and external security focused events.
• Manage sensitive communications and materials, ensuring proper handling of confidential and restricted information.
• Work both autonomously and in collaboration with teammates, colleagues, and external contacts.

Administrative Business Partner – Security

People Operations

• Partner with Employment Counsel, People Partners, and the business to address, navigate, and productively manage people issues surrounding conduct, performance, and culture.
• Run workplace investigations end to end and partner with Employment Counsel, People Partners and Business Leaders on owning outcomes and closing out cases.
• Provide pragmatic HR advice and assist the broader People Team with other employment issues and cross functional efforts that shape our culture, values, and offerings.

People Relations Specialist

• Partner with Employment Counsel, People Partners, and the business to address, navigate, and productively manage people issues surrounding conduct, performance, and culture.
• Run workplace investigations end to end.
• Partner with Employment Counsel, People Partners and Business Leaders on owning outcomes and closing out cases in a manner consistent with our culture and business values.
