About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the initial point of contact for operational questions and requests
Provide guidance where appropriate and coordinate with the right Legal stakeholders
Execute legal operational workflows and procedures
Support legal requests by coordinating approvals, signatures, documentation, and operational follow-through
Manage and triage incoming requests and correspondence for the Legal team
Prioritize, route, track, and resolve requests
Scale the Legal team’s operations, systems, and ongoing innovation with Legal Operations leaders and teammates
Craft and implement processes that reduce friction and improve efficiency
Implement key systems and optimize processes
Manage projects and create objectives and performance metrics
Partner with colleagues across Legal to understand needs and develop scalable solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of operational experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic legal team environment
Experience with technical tooling and data analysis project management software
Meticulous attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics
Demonstrated experience identifying and acting upon opportunities to improve processes and tools
Experience building cross-functional relationships with key resources and business partners across a legal team
Experience advising, influencing decisions, managing change, and balancing multiple business function priorities
Extraordinary judgment and composure in high-pressure situations
Creative approach to project management using lightweight frameworks that enable rapid iteration and low-overhead methods
Initiative, discretion, and resourcefulness
Desire to be helpful and solve challenges
