About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the initial point of contact for operational questions and requests
Provide guidance where appropriate and coordinate with the right Legal stakeholders
Execute legal operational workflows and procedures
Support legal requests, including coordinating approvals, signatures, documentation, and operational follow-through
Manage and triage incoming requests and correspondence for the Legal team
Prioritize, route, track, and resolve requests
Scale Legal team operations, systems, and ongoing innovation with Legal Operations leaders and teammates
Implement processes that reduce friction and improve efficiency
Implement key systems, optimize processes, manage projects, and create objectives and performance metrics
Partner with colleagues across Legal to understand needs and develop scalable solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of operational experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic legal team environment
Experience with technical tooling and data analysis project management software
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to maintain accurate records and diligently track key project metrics
Experience identifying and acting upon opportunities to improve processes and tools
Experience building cross-functional relationships with key resources and business partners across a legal team
Ability to advise, influence decisions, manage change, and balance multiple business function priorities
Extraordinary judgment and composure in high-pressure situations
Creative approach to project management centered around lightweight frameworks enabling rapid iteration and low-overhead methods
Initiative, discretion, resourcefulness, and a service-oriented approach
