About the role
- Installs and configures PairSoft products and applications in both Cloud and On-Premise environments
- Provides technical guidance on product prerequisites, system compatibility, and deployment best practices tailored to client environments
- Assists in identifying and troubleshooting product-related defects, escalating to development or engineering teams when necessary
- Participates in client meetings and internal project discussions, offering technical input on feasibility, architecture, and integration strategies
- Identifies opportunities for improving product functionality, integration flow, or deployment methodology and relays structured feedback to internal teams
- Documents technical implementation approaches, custom workflows, and client-specific configurations to support repeatable best practices
- Designs, develops, and tests custom configurations, API integrations, and automation workflows within the PairSoft platform and connected systems
- Supports and maintains active configurations and custom JavaScript modules, monitors logs for performance optimization, and troubleshoots end-user issues
- Performs other technical consulting or engineering duties as assigned within the scope of Product Services or Professional Services
- Directly work with professional services project teams to onboard new customers and advance usage of existing customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software integration, development, or systems administration
- At least 1 year of experience with ERP or CRM integrations for SaaS applications
- Hands-on with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics GP/SL/365BC, Blackbaud, NetSuite, or Sage
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, structure, and data exchange standards
- Skilled in authenticating, consuming, and troubleshooting web services via JSON and XML payloads
- Experience creating or consuming OAuth 2.0 and Bearer token authenticated endpoints
- Experience using Postman, Swagger, or API Gateways for testing and documenting APIs
- Experience building middleware or integration layers using Node.js, custom scripts, or workflow platforms
- Direct integration into ERP systems via SQL Server, ODBC, or custom connectors
- Knowledge in JavaScript: Ability to write modular, event-driven scripts to extend platform functionality
- Knowledge in SQL: Able to write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for data manipulation and reporting
- Familiar with XML, JSON, and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with automation tools, workflow engines, or platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate is a plus
- Working knowledge of IIS, SSL/TLS, firewall rules, and port configurations
- Familiarity with SSO, OAuth, SAML, and Azure Active Directory, OKTA, or OneLogin
- Comfortable working independently in remote/distributed teams with uninterrupted electricity supply and strong internet bandwidth
- Uses tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, Confluence, Jira, or GitHub for collaboration
- Must be available to work during standard business hours in the Eastern US Time Zone (EST/EDT): 9 AM TO 6 PM (EST)
