About the role
- Own and manage the entire Microsoft stack at Cross River including Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Administer, configure, and continuously improve D365 CRM and the Power Platform suite
- Lead architecture, governance, and release management for environments, CI/CD, and ALM
- Provide technical support and training to users across the company
- Maintain environment security, compliance (GDPR, GLBA), and disaster recovery policies
- Act as a technical SME and advisor for partner onboarding processes and cross-functional solutions
- Champion data accuracy and oversee documentation, data uploads, and reports
- Manage solution lifecycle including capacity planning, licensing, provisioning, and telemetry
- Evaluate and implement changes via configuration/customization based on evolving business needs
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software design and administration
- 5–7 years of direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and MS Teams
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, Git, C#/.NET, SQL, and the Microsoft developer ecosystem
- Proficiency in administering CRM systems, managing business flows, security roles, and model-driven apps
- Availability to work primarily US hours (NY Time Zone) – capable of working in a largely asynchronous environment
- Experience with modern tooling including TypeScript, Liquid, Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, CI/CD test automation, telemetry, and monitoring
- Familiarity with DevOps, Agile, and SDLC best practices
- Experience in the banking/fintech domain, portal implementations, and data governance – A bonus
- Power BI, Visio, Excel, basic SQL, and relevant Microsoft certifications – A bonus
