Account Manager

• Achieve commercial targets - responsible for achieving overall commercial targets set for the territory
• Proactively acquire new FMCG merchants and deepen existing relationships
• Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key FMCG clients and the company
• Conduct regular virtual meetings with FMCG merchants or sales visits to demonstrate and present Doroki product offerings
• Develop in-store visibility plans for Doroki in collaboration with FMCG merchants’ management
• Resolve key client issues and complaints
• Strategic planning to improve client results
• Negotiate contracts with the client and establish a timeline of performance
• Expand relationships and bring in new clients
• Manage merchants’ expectations and ensure compliance with rules & regulations

Key Account Manager

Controller

• Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS and local GAAPs (e.g., US GAAP where applicable).
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across entities.
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation journals.
• Oversee FX accounting and multi-currency consolidation, including unrealized/realized gains and hedging treatments.
• Design, implement, and maintain a robust internal control environment aligned with SOXlite and audit standards.
• Manage group-level compliance with financial and operational controls, including fraud risk management.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition, expense accruals, and provisioning policies.
• Work with Treasury to manage cash positioning, bank relationships, funding allocations, and FX liquidity strategies.
• Monitor working capital efficiency across business units and jurisdictions.
• Coordinate annual external audit and manage relationships with auditors across multiple geographies.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, transfer pricing policies, and statutory filings in Nigeria, the US, and any new markets.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems (NetSuite), accounting tools, and automation of reporting workflows.
• Standardize processes for financial operations, reconciliations, and reporting across all subsidiaries.
• Provide financial insights and risk assessments to the CFO, executive leadership, and Board.
• Prepare board and investor-level reporting packs and analysis.
• Support capital raises and international expansion initiatives.

• Analysis of business unit performance identifying deep lying drivers (primary and secondary)
• Collaborate with business unit data analyst to evaluate impact of initiatives on performance
• Prepare Cash based and non-Cash based P&L to determine profitability by Unit and by Country
• Deliver actionable insights and analytical support to address complex financial questions and challenges from business teams.
• Generate precise ad-hoc financial reports as requested by the FP & A Manager to support various initiatives.
• Keep track of outlier events and assess impact of business results
• Maintain monthly unit economics report by product and business line

Financial Business Analyst

Accounts Payable

• Responsible for managing and processing all supplier invoices, staff reimbursements, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
• Maintain an updated vendor database in the ERP (e.g., NetSuite).
• Match invoices with purchase orders (POs) and goods received notes (GRNs) before posting.
• Ensure correct coding of expenses to relevant cost centers and GL accounts.
• Prepare payment batches (bank transfers, cheques, etc.) and ensure timely settlement of approved payables.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any invoice or payment discrepancies.
• Communicate proactively with vendors on payment status and outstanding balances.
• Process staff reimbursements and cash advance retirements in line with policy.
• Track and monitor unretired advances; escalate overdue retirements for follow-up and resolution.
• Prepare monthly accounts payable aging reports and highlight overdue payables.
• Assist in month-end closing activities accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Support external and internal audits with required AP documentation.
• Ensure that all payments comply with internal controls, approval limits, and finance policies.
