• Make calls to agents to check their activities, address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services

Software Engineer – Front-End

• Help develop and grow the technical vision for the Paga business and engage meaningfully in the strategic development of the overall business.
• Independently oversees all software concerns for some of the major platform areas or services.
• Own end-to-end responsibility for a large portion of the software system including design and implementation and including a strong knowledge of complementary engineering aspects such as data management, dev-ops and infrastructure.
• Oversee key architectural concerns such as security, scalability/performance, reliability, maintainability, and modularity.
• Drive development and improvement of technical product development processes in collaborations with product development management.
• Provide broad-scoped yet in-depth code review for technically complex and high-impact code changes.
• Working effectively with industry/ecosystem partners to accomplish product goals.

Software Architect

• Take on ownership for the implementation and technical effectiveness of broad functional and/or technical areas of the platform
• Contribute meaningfully to the design and improvement of the solutions you work on
• Contribute to the development of the improvement of the software development practice as a whole through peer leadership, code review, technical training, process improvement and technical thought leadership

Senior Software Engineer

Procurement

• Develop and implement procurement plans in line with business objectives and budget.
• Support departments in identifying procurement needs and preparing specifications or terms of reference.
• Maintain the procurement calendar and ensure timely processing of requisitions.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and service delivery.
• Maintain an up-to-date and approved vendor database in the ERP (e.g., NetSuite).
• Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews and ensure compliance with contracts and SLAs.
• Review and process purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) in NetSuite, ensuring timely approvals and proper documentation.
• Monitor open POs and follow up on pending deliveries or invoices.
• Obtain and evaluate quotes or bids from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Negotiate favorable terms, discounts, and credit arrangements where applicable.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, POs, vendor correspondence, and invoices.
• Prepare periodic procurement reports (e.g., PO status, spend analysis, savings achieved).
• Enforce procurement policies, approval limits, and ethical standards.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems (NetSuite), accounting tools, and automation of reporting workflows.
• Standardize processes for financial operations, reconciliations, and reporting across all subsidiaries.
