About the role
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Review resumes and proactively source passive candidates using various channels
- Screen inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest as needed
- Engage and nurture talent pools for current and future openings
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication
- Maintain market intelligence on industry trends and competitor movements
- Collaborate on diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive outreach.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or specialized environment
- Proven ability to find and engage passive talent across various platforms
- Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience sourcing within a financial services corporate environment a plus.
