• Develop customized solutions, write proposals, and contribute to the development of commercial offers.
• Own the sales process from discovery to contract signing, ensuring customer expectations are clearly understood and met.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine sales pitches and materials, ensuring alignment with market messaging and customer needs.
• Be an advocate for the customer internally, providing valuable feedback to the product and engineering teams to shape future solution offerings.

• Participate in an on-call rotation and culture of continuous improvement through blameless postmortems
• Enable the Engineering/Telecom/Data Engineering teams by providing them the tools to operate the service they build

• Take ownership of engineering QA function, including manual QA reviews and release management
• Write detailed test plans from feature requirements and develop quality test cases
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases for software products (manual and automated)
• Identify and report defects in software products
• Design and develop automated tests for software products
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers to understand requirements and designs
• Review and provide feedback on software design specifications and documentation
• Ensure software products comply with international quality standards and regulations
• Onboard new tools to improve QA efficiency
• Provide clear and concise reports on software quality to stakeholders
