Requirements
8+ years of recruiting experience (mix of agency + in-house strongly preferred)
Proven success in building GTM & G&A teams, with expertise in sourcing candidates for performance marketing, growth/brand marketing (this is non-negotiable)
Background in a performance marketing agency specializing in growth = big plus.
Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and managing high-volume pipelines and recruiter activity (30+ calls a week)
Operationally sharp - able to diagnose bottlenecks, build process for yourself and teams and move quickly to execute and adopt.
Trusted partner to Talent Coordination, Hiring Managers, HR, and People Ops with strong stakeholder management skills.
Experiments with AI and emerging recruiting tools to increase speed, efficiency, and quality across sourcing, process, and workflows.
