Develop and execute comprehensive adoption plans aligned with business goals and user needs (User Adoption Strategy).
Identify user personas and tailor onboarding experiences accordingly.
Monitor adoption metrics and continuously optimize strategies to drive engagement.
Lead rollout of off-the-shelf software applications using the vendor’s designed solution (Implementation Leadership).
Collaborate with IT, business units, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
Ensure data integrity and process alignment to support adoption.
Map user journeys, identify friction points, and design intuitive contextual guidance using tools like SAP WalkMe (User Experience Design).
Leverage agentic AI to provide digital assistants/digital sidekicks for users.
Gather user feedback and iterate on experience improvements.
Collaborate with communications, HR, and functional teams to develop communication plans, training materials, FAQs, and support resources (Change Management & Communication).
Facilitate workshops, demos, and hands-on sessions to build confidence and competence.
Own and manage release calendar and lead CAB processes for deployments; plan and execute cutover activities and hypercare support (Release Management & Cutover Deployment).
Define KPIs for adoption and experience success; use analytics to track usage and report progress to leadership (Performance & Reporting).
Participate in IT Engineering responsibilities as assigned, including owning IT service delivery for assigned manufacturing sites and ensuring manufacturing connectivity and data flow.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human-Centered Design, or related field.
5+ years of experience in software implementation, user adoption, or change management.
Proven success in driving adoption of off-the-shelf software solutions.
Experience with digital adoption platforms (e.g., SAP WalkMe).
Ability to quickly build a strong understanding of business processes and data flows.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Empathy-driven approach to user engagement and support.
Experience in chemical or manufacturing industries with regulated environments, supply chain, or shop floor adoption challenges.
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) (preferred).
Experience in enterprise application environments (e.g., SAP) (preferred).
Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and tools (preferred).
Analytical mindset with experience in user behavior analytics (preferred).
Exposure to Scientific Management principles, including time and motion studies (preferred).
