About the role
- Management control, reporting, business analysis: Updating monthly financial reports (P&L, BS and CF) for all Ovrsea entities to the Comex and shareholders
- Financial planning: elaboration on quarterly forecast and budget
- Elaborating the financial communication of the company (board preparation, internal all-hands)
- Building processes to achieve accuracy and automate manual processes
- Ad-hoc strategic finance (competition benchmark and sector analysis)
- Presenting studies to guide decision-making (finance team and Comex)
- Accounting and Operational Finance: involvement in accounting processes (reconciliations, ad-hoc tasks), backup in finance operations, implementation of new financial processes
- Business partnering with HR and Sales: implement analysis on recruitment processes and ensure cross-department interaction
Requirements
- Available from Dec 2025/January 2026 for a duration of 6 months
- A master student from a top business or engineering school, with majors in business analytics, finance or any related area
- Native or fluent French speaker with a good level of English
- Curious about financial topics and comfortable with figures
- Fast-learner and ability to work on different topics simultaneously
- Serious, with a true professional ethic
- Autonomous and highly motivated to join a startup
- A first experience in a start-up or in finance is a plus, but not mandatory
- Experienced with ERP or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus, but not mandatory
