Account Executive

• Develop a portfolio of SME and mid-cap customers with recurring international flows.
• Uphold a consultative approach: understand clients’ pain points and needs, and identify how our platform and services can help them in the best way possible.
• Collaborate effectively across internal teams, especially with our operational teams, to ensure a smooth experience for our clients and to solve issues early on.
• Spot and qualify potential upsell and contribute directly to our company’s growth.
• Gain deep industry knowledge and become an expert on both international transportation and your customer’s business to become their trusted advisor.

Manager

• Participate in allocating volumes on maritime contracts
• Monitor bookings versus available capacity
• Help adjust allocations according to commercial priorities, operational constraints, and space opportunities
• Initiate bookings in accordance with defined allocations
• Ensure follow-up on bookings
• Update the internal platform for releases or modifications
• Track variances between forecasts and bookings
• Alert in case of over- or under-utilization of capacity
• Contribute to operational fluidity and the resolution of bottlenecks
