About the role
- Research and plan content and write captions
- Build 30-day social calendars
- Ensure posts are engaging, on-brand, and tailored for each platform
- Optimize and test content to improve engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with design teams to align visuals and messaging
- Incorporate feedback and stay current on social trends
- Work closely with other specialists to ensure consistency and deliver conversion-focused content
- Create content to help Founders grow their presence
Requirements
- Strong background in content strategy or social media with 2+ years’ experience.
- 2+ years of experience in content strategy or social media (24 months).
- Excellent English writing skills (B2 proficiency).
- Caption writing experience.
- Experience with scheduling tools (Hootsuite).
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work the 12am–8am PHT shift.
- Based in the Philippines (remote).
