Research accounts for relevant news, personas and other intent signals to create personalized and value-led prospecting outreach.
High level of focus on keeping the CRM up to date.
Provide a seamless introduction to AE by documenting qualification meetings and creating genuine rapport potential clients.
Help drive new opportunities into mid-funnel stage by coordinating NDA signature.
Develop strategies with your assigned AE to conquer assigned market segment.
Over time develop the skills you need for your next role in the company.
Requirements
BA/BS degree (preferred).
2-3 years of professional work experience in sales, business development, client success, financial services, or consulting (preferred).
Experience from sales or tender/pricing desks within a Freight Forwarding or Carrier organization, meaning you have a in-depth knowledge of Logistics and/or Freight Procurement.
Experience with and appreciation of “hunter” sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit – If you see something that's broke, you fix it.
Relentless drive to deliver quota.
Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of organisational structure - you quickly learn the stakeholder landscape and how to adapt to their needs.
Ambitious long-term career goals and a strong work ethic to reach them.
Ability to work across multiple systems in the tech stack.

The published range reflects the base salary for this role. The total compensation also includes a variable, performance-based component, following a 60/40 split between base and variable pay (base representing 60% of total OTE).
