💰 $31 - $37 per hour
About the role
- Collaborate with the B2B Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Commercial teams to work inbound leads
- Maintain regular metric reporting to ensure conversion rates are hitting and leads are being worked in a timely manner
- Share feedback and review data regularly as to what is or isn’t working
- Work closely with Marketing on messaging strategies to optimize outreach efforts
- Conduct initial meetings with potential clients, handing over only qualified prospects to RSDs
- Utilize various sales tools and platforms to create and maintain prospect records, while assisting RSDs with top tier opportunities
- Aim to secure 7-10 meetings per week
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales development or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Intermediate or higher expertise with the following tools: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
