Be the go-to guru for our leads — sparking interest through engaging conversations and understanding their HR challenges. Reach out and qualify potential clients to set up meetings for our Account Executives to seal the deal. Work a large volume of inbound marketing leads daily Conduct all outreach via web conference, phone, and email — no travel necessary. Work a 4/10 shift schedule with hours from 12 PM–11 PM MST to align with APAC time zones. Requirements 1–2 years of related sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience (SaaS experience preferred). International or APAC sales experience is a plus. Proven ability to articulate value propositions via phone, web, and email. Strong collaboration, curiosity, and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A great attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for growth. Must be willing to work the 4/10 APAC shift schedule listed above.
