About the role

  • Manage and nurture strategic client relationships, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand and define their business goals, technology needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide guidance on how our solutions can help them achieve their business goals and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account plans that highlight growth areas, upsell opportunities, and collaborative initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the client, communicating effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Align internal teams (sales, development, strategy) around the client's priorities and changing needs.
  • Anticipate market trends and client challenges to proactively recommend solutions.
  • Foster long-term trust and position the company as an indispensable strategic partner for the client's success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles, preferably in digital agencies or technology companies.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and growing relationships with strategic clients.
  • Proven success in identifying growth and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, Analytics, CRM, marketing automation).
  • Ability to influence and coordinate both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid knowledge of web technologies and digital customer acquisition models.
  • Proven track record of advising and managing relationships with mid and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
