• About the Role: As an Insurance Service Agent at Roamly, work hybrid from Aventura, FL office; serve as a trusted advisor assisting prospective and existing clients in obtaining homeowners, auto, RV, and other insurance products.
• Key Responsibilities—Customer Engagement & Consultative Sales: Engage customers consultatively, identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, explain coverage options and policy terms.
• Key Responsibilities—Lead Conversion & Sales Execution: Drive lead conversion via high-volume outbound outreach and responsive inbound handling; manage complete sales process from quoting to binding using Roamly tools.
• Key Responsibilities—Tools, Documentation & Compliance: Maintain documentation using Close.AI; stay current on products, systems, and carrier platforms to deliver high-quality service.
