About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive Revenue: Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline generation to pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value SaaS and insurance deals.
  • Target Modern Mobility: Identify and engage decision-makers within the EV, AV, ride-sharing, hire-car, and taxi operator sectors across the UK.
  • Consultative Selling: Effectively demonstrate the dual value proposition of Wheelbase Pro (the software) and Roamly (the embedded insurance) to solve complex operational and risk management pain points.
  • Collaborate Internationally & Locally: Work closely with the Head of UK Operations to align on regional strategy, market trends, and localized product feedback.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a high level of CRM hygiene, providing accurate forecasting and market insights to leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • SaaS Sales Background: Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Mobility/Fleet Familiarity: A solid understanding of (or deep interest in) mobilitytech, fleet management, automotive telematics, or EV/AV ecosystems.
  • Navigating Complex Sales: Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, selling to operations, finance, and C-suite executives.
  • The Startup Hustle: Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable navigating a fast-growing, dynamic market environment.
  • Location: Based in or commutable to our London office.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Experience or knowledge in Commercial Motor Insurance, InsurTech, or the UK hire/reward/taxi regulatory landscape.
  • An established network within UK fleet operations or ride-sharing networks.
