About the role
- Drive OUAI's revenue growth across global markets through international sales strategies
- Lead international commercial strategy across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and other priority markets
- Own international revenue targets and partner with VP of Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to build and deliver plans
- Develop and manage global retail and distributor partnerships
- Forecast and optimize product assortment in each market to ensure brand alignment and commercial success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Brand, and Operations to tailor market strategies while protecting brand equity
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including white space, expansion channels, and emerging retail trends
- Lead and mentor a growing international sales team to deliver on goals and scale the business
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in international sales, ideally in beauty, personal care, or premium consumer goods
- Deep understanding of global retail landscapes, with direct experience managing key markets across APAC and/or EMEA
- Proven success in hitting and exceeding sales goals while scaling operations internationally
- Strong financial acumen—able to manage budgets, build forecasts, and turn data into insights
- Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a global perspective
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role; candidate must have work authorization
- Annual Base Salary Range is $135,000 - $150,000 (based on experience) + potential for yearly bonus
