• This is a crucial, high-impact role responsible for being the analytical powerhouse supporting our Payment Operations, Vendor Operations, and Risk teams.
• You will not just report data; you will build the data infrastructure, automated monitoring, and predictive models necessary to optimize payment performance, maximize vendor conversion economics, and actively mitigate payments risk across the entire platform.
• Design, build, and maintain automated anomaly detection and alerting systems to monitor the real-time health of payment flows.
• Own the data pipeline for Payments—from sourcing raw transactional data (using SQL) to cleaning, transforming, and loading it into visualization tools for analysis.

The Role
The Solution Manager for NetSuite Integration is a critical, client-facing role responsible for the successful implementation and integration of our AP automation platform with our clients' (ERP) systems. You will serve as the primary technical and functional expert, bridging the gap between our clients' business needs and our solution's capabilities. You will lead the discovery, design, configuration, and deployment phases, ensuring a seamless and valuable experience for our customers.
This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of both AP processes and the specific architecture of the NetSuite system.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Pre-Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team during the final stages of the sales cycle to provide technical and functional expertise.
