• Translate Osmo's product and scientific ambitions into clear, actionable engineering milestones.
• Build and use AI-powered tools and workflows for progress tracking, dependency mapping, stakeholder communication, and operational efficiency.
• Own execution and dependency management. Identify cross-functional blockers.
• Structure release readiness and deployment schedules for ML models and software systems.
• Sit close to the engineering and ML work. Be in design reviews.
• Develop deep technical intuition about Osmo's AI systems.
• Translate execution status, technical risks, and timeline shifts between deeply technical ML teams and business, product, and scientific stakeholders.
• Bring structure to ambiguous technical initiatives.
• Surface blockers, technical risks, and capacity limits early with proposed solutions.
• Help define what good looks like for technical program management at Osmo.

People Operations

• Partner with managers and leaders on employee relations and performance concerns
• Support Osmo’s performance and growth processes
• Partner with the CHRO, Finance, and recruiting for headcount planning
• Help maintain consistency across job architecture and support talent decisions
• Ensure core People processes run reliably
• Help Osmo scale its culture with clarity and high standards
