AI Engineer

• Partner with leading CPG companies to understand product and fragrance challenges
• Translate business problems into technical solutions
• Develop AI-driven prototypes that demonstrate value and unlock deals
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to turn prototypes into deployable systems
• Provide technical leadership during customer discussions and negotiations
• Help design scalable solutions for enterprise deployments
• Serve as the technical lead during pilots and deployments
• Ensure successful delivery and adoption of Osmo solutions
• Identify repeatable solutions across customers
• Contribute to building a $100M enterprise solutions business

Forward Deployed AI Engineer – Enterprise Solutions

Compliance

• Coordinate and oversee the placement of toxicology studies with external laboratories
• Develop, review, and refine study protocols for novel ingredients to ensure scientific soundness and data quality
• Review completed study outputs for consistency with protocol objectives and intended safety use
• Serve as the primary technical toxicology contact for external consultants supporting global ingredient registrations
• Provide toxicological input and clarification as required to support registration activities
• Conduct toxicology evaluations of individual ingredients and complex fragrance formulations in response to internal or client requests
• Communicate toxicological findings and safety considerations in a clear and practical manner
• Support the establishment of safety profiles for proprietary fragrance molecules (“Captives”)
