About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own day-to-day program management for strategic enterprise accounts, including timelines, agendas, action items, decision logs, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Serve as a primary customer-facing operator, translating enterprise partner goals into internal workstreams, milestones, and success criteria.
- Coordinate across commercial, fragrance development, machine learning, sensory, and executive teams.
- Maintain clear project documentation, canonical plans, and partner-facing updates.
- Support pilot planning, demo readiness, scope expansion, and commercialization discussions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years of program management experience, ideally in a technical, product, R&D, or enterprise partnership environment.
- Direct experience working with large enterprise customers in a customer-facing capacity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready updates and meeting materials.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional work without direct authority.
- Software or data product experience is required. In addition, candidates should have experience in at least one of the following: flavor/fragrance (or adjacent categories like specialty chemicals, ingredients, beauty, personal care), or manufacturing/operations.
