About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with managers and leaders on employee relations and performance concerns
  • Support Osmo’s performance and growth processes
  • Partner with the CHRO, Finance, and recruiting for headcount planning
  • Help maintain consistency across job architecture and support talent decisions
  • Ensure core People processes run reliably
  • Help Osmo scale its culture with clarity and high standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of progressive People / HR experience
  • Experience operating in a strategic and scrappy People function
  • Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt populations
  • Strong judgment in sensitive employee matters
  • Comfort advising managers directly
  • Working command of sponsorship and immigration processes
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance across the employee lifecycle
  • Direct experience supporting wage and hourly (non-exempt) populations
  • Ability to earn trust with senior leaders while being direct and objective
  • Fluency in leveling, calibration, performance cycles, promotions, and organizational design
