About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with managers and leaders on employee relations and performance concerns
- Support Osmo’s performance and growth processes
- Partner with the CHRO, Finance, and recruiting for headcount planning
- Help maintain consistency across job architecture and support talent decisions
- Ensure core People processes run reliably
- Help Osmo scale its culture with clarity and high standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of progressive People / HR experience
- Experience operating in a strategic and scrappy People function
- Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt populations
- Strong judgment in sensitive employee matters
- Comfort advising managers directly
- Working command of sponsorship and immigration processes
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance across the employee lifecycle
- Direct experience supporting wage and hourly (non-exempt) populations
- Ability to earn trust with senior leaders while being direct and objective
- Fluency in leveling, calibration, performance cycles, promotions, and organizational design
