Requirements
5+ years building B2B SaaS products, ideally in risk operations, compliance tech, or workflow automation
AI-first mindset: You leverage GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Figma AI) for discovery, prototyping, and user research synthesis
Data-driven execution: You define success metrics, run experiments, and use analytics to validate product decisions
Customer obsessed: You conduct user interviews, shadow risk analysts, and translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive product experiences
Experience with risk orchestration workflows, case management, or compliance automation
Knowledge of Fraud, AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, or similar regulatory frameworks (bonus)
Understanding of enterprise security tools, SIEM platforms, or investigative software (bonus points)
