About the role
- Own the human-in-the-loop intelligence layer atop the AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform used by banks and fintechs to investigate fraud, manage AML compliance, and make critical risk decisions in real-time
- Build dynamic workflow orchestration that adapts to changing fraud patterns and regulatory requirements
- Build intelligent case management that gets the right alerts to the right investigators instantly
- Build AI-powered case insights, including link analysis, timeline reconstruction, and risk scoring
- Build real-time collaboration tools for complex investigations requiring multiple teams
- Build automated compliance reporting that turns investigations into audit-ready documentation
- Understand how elite risk teams work and design elegant solutions that make them 10x more effective
- Shadow fraud investigators, partner with compliance teams, and run user interviews
- Use GenAI tools to draft PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications, prototype, and automate feedback analysis
- Define success metrics, run A/B tests, analyze usage patterns, and build feedback loops between product usage and AI model performance
Requirements
- 5+ years building B2B SaaS products, ideally in risk operations, compliance tech, or workflow automation
- AI-first mindset: You leverage GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Figma AI) for discovery, prototyping, and user research synthesis
- Data-driven execution: You define success metrics, run experiments, and use analytics to validate product decisions
- Customer obsessed: You conduct user interviews, shadow risk analysts, and translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive product experiences
- Experience with risk orchestration workflows, case management, or compliance automation
- Knowledge of Fraud, AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, or similar regulatory frameworks (bonus)
- Understanding of enterprise security tools, SIEM platforms, or investigative software (bonus points)
- 0→1 builder who can define product strategy and execute without extensive guidance
- Technical curiosity about AI/ML capabilities and how to productize them effectively
- Collaboration superpowers with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams
