About the role

  • Report to the Director of Product Management and partner across teams and with users to define and deliver impactful features
  • Conduct interviews and usability testing; facilitate customer engagements and test prototypes to integrate user input
  • Use product analytics tools to track user behaviour, uncover friction points, and identify opportunities
  • Create dashboards measuring product outcomes and team performance
  • Launch and manage OSCAR Pro’s customer feedback portal, triage input, respond to customers, and convert feedback into actionable recommendations
  • Maintain competitive and market research to inform product roadmaps and feature development
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge base content, and in-app guides for enablement
  • Work directly with development teams to gather/refine requirements, create and manage backlogs, write user stories, and unblock the team
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and grooming sessions

Requirements

  • Progressive experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or in a similar role (ideally within SaaS or healthcare)
  • Strong Agile experience with proven ability to guide development teams through sprint cycles and iterative delivery
  • Experience with EMR systems or healthcare workflows is an asset
  • Familiarity with JIRA for backlog and user story management
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Pendo or similar tools
  • Experience with SQL or data querying considered an asset
  • Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and facilitating customer engagements
  • Ability to create dashboards and metrics to evaluate product and team performance
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to synthesize user behaviour data, market research, and customer feedback into clear insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience writing detailed user stories, managing backlogs, and leading Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, grooming)
  • Motivated to lead customer feedback processes and contribute to product operations and enablement
