About the role
- Provide outstanding service to internal and external clients
- Aid in the administration of Freddie Mac loans
- Monitor physical condition of property collateral by reviewing or conducting property inspections
- Collect, review and analyze property financial operations by the specified due date
- Identify underperforming and potentially troubled assets
- Prepare credit watch list rating write ups for executive review and approval
- Review documents from closing to perform loan set up of new or converted loans
- Manage ongoing compliance with loan document covenants
- Make collection calls on loans where payments are not received
- Participate in problem loan discussions
- Assist in tax, insurance, UCC, inspection, and financial certifications to the Investor
- Cross-train in all areas of department
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in Finance, Real Estate, Management or Business
- Minimum one to two years of progressive experience in commercial mortgage servicing or commercial real estate asset management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Creative and effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and transactions simultaneously
