💰 $108,000 - $135,000 per year
About the role
- Direct efforts between projects leading the overall program with strong attention to business objectives, implementation, and delegation
- Help clients stay on schedule, on spec and ultimately on an upward trajectory of success and growth
- Create and maintain all artifacts in standard Origami PM toolkit
- Identify and manage potential scope creep / out-of-scope
- Work with Service Delivery Manager to ensure the necessary resources are allocated to the project
- Work with Technical Consultant to ensure all deliverables have been assigned to a team member
- Maintain implementation related data in Salesforce
- Assist team with coordinating and scheduling meetings, both internal and external
- Prepare and present applicable client / project status reports, such as implementation status reports, executive steering committee reports, etc.
- Identify potential expanded sales opportunities and notify / coordinate with account management team on pursuing
- Support account management team in presenting and negotiating pricing and Statement of Work for change orders/expanded scope to client
Requirements
- 6+ years of previous technical project manager experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems or business-related field required
- Previous system replacement and/or integration project management experience required
- Previous experience working with business and technical executives to outline and executive against strategic roadmaps required
- Exceptional time management skills
- Previous stakeholder and vendor management experience in a project environment preferred
- Insurance industry experience preferred
