💰 $125,000 - $160,000 per year
About the role
- Leads project discovery and solution design
- Assists with pre-sales engagements and consulting with clients to design solutions
- Provides guidance and support to the Origami implementation teams
- Works cross-functionally to establish best practices and provide insight to the product roadmap
- Plans and leads initial solution design discovery sessions
- Responsible for overall strategy and high-level design for implementation projects
- Designs, documents, and communicates architecture and solutions
- Communicates and transitions information gathered during pre-sales engagement to project team
- Partners with Sales Executives to plan and lead internal kickoff
- Provides guidance and direction on solution design, configuration, and best practices to Technical Consultants
- Provides strategic input to influence software and process evolution
- Collaborates with product, development, service, and operations to establish best practices
- Assists account management team with expanded sales engagements
- Produces solution blueprint, assists with configuration of the most complex solutions, performs unit testing
- Records hours and identifies potential scope creep and expanded sales opportunities
- Acts as a mentor and assists with training and onboarding of new colleagues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of previous technical experience in a technical delivery role
- JavaScript, XML, SQL experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills required
- Insurance Policy Administration or Billing experience preferred
