• Support the maintenance and enhancement of product catalog to drive customer savings and improve monetization
• Identify vendor sources and source information from vendor sites with speed and accuracy
• Add or update vendor pricing and availability for high-volume and high-impact SKUs
• Map product substitutes and suggest viable alternatives
• Execute catalog enhancements to reduce customer friction and improve fulfillment rates
• Partner with the Data team to QA product enrichment initiatives
• Identify optimization opportunities that improve customer savings or Order.co revenue
• Implement impactful time-of-order optimizations and facilitate live quotes to vendor contacts
• Analyze real-time data to recommend substitutions or adjustments that maximize revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction and fulfillment efficiency
