About the role

Support the IT infrastructure team by monitoring network systems.
Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and escalate issues as needed.
Perform first-line network troubleshooting and resolve basic connectivity problems.
Contact Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for outage resolution and service coordination.
Assist in small-scale network deployments and configuration tasks.
Support the maintenance and documentation of Aruba switches and wireless controllers.
Assist with Fortinet firewall configurations and basic security monitoring.
Support Infoblox DDI operations including DNS, DHCP, and IPAM tasks.
Document network changes and maintain accurate records for compliance and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service continuity.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
Experience participating in infrastructure projects and small-scale deployments.
Background in maintaining network equipment, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Aruba Certified (ACSA/ACSP) preferred.
Fortinet NSE (Level 4+) preferred.
Infoblox Certified Network Professional preferred.
Specific knowledge of routing and switching protocols.
Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP.
Cisco CCNA certified (or equivalent network administration).
Aruba Switching and Wireless experience.
Aruba Clearpass experience.
Experience with MS Office 365 and ServiceNow.
ITIL qualification.
