About the role
- Provide technical support and onboarding for team (mostly macOS and Linux users); set up accounts, manage access, and handle onboarding/offboarding
- Manage IT hardware and software (primarily MacBooks and Apple devices); handle purchasing, inventory, repairs, and shipping
- Maintain and troubleshoot macOS and Linux systems; use shell scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency
- Administer user accounts and access control through JumpCloud
- Support AWS Organizations administration, production monitoring, and assist with Office 365 licensing and DNS configuration
- Keep clear documentation of IT procedures, scripts, and configurations
Requirements
- Experience in a similar IT admin role
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Linux environments
- Experience with JumpCloud or similar IAM tools
- Confident writing and maintaining shell scripts (bash, zsh, etc.)
- Familiarity with AWS, DNS, and Office 365
- Good English communication skills (B2 or higher)
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
